My name is Leticia Padilla. I am a business owner, caregiver, and educator. I believe play, routines, and meaningful experiences are essential for children’s growth and development, helping them feel safe, secure, and confident. I am committed to caring for your child with love and respect, providing activities and routines that support their development, and working closely with parents to create a strong partnership that builds consistency between home and care while supporting each child’s confidence and growth.
I am licensed by the state as a family child care home, which means:

I have completed 16 hours of pediatric health and safety training covering preventive health practices, pediatric CPR, and pediatric first aid.

All adults in the home have passed a criminal background check.

My home has been inspected for safety and is subject to periodic unannounced visits by the state licensing agency.

Helps children grow!
Social and Emotional Development: My curriculum promotes cooperation, mutual respect, and acceptance while ensuring children feel safe, cared for, and a sense of belonging. Guidance focuses on building social and emotional skills, helping children form positive relationships and develop self-esteem and confidence.
Language and Literacy Development: My curriculum includes a reading area, a writing area, and daily story time to support early language skills and a love for reading.
Cognitive Development: My curriculum provides structured learning experiences such as cooking and gardening, incorporates early math skills like sorting, counting, and measuring into daily routines and play, and uses games to strengthen problem-solving and thinking skills.
Creative and Physical Development: My curriculum offers daily opportunities for imagination and creativity through art, music, dramatic play, and dancing, while also supporting physical development through activities that build both large and small motor skills.
