I am the business owner, caregiver, and educator. I believe children learn best through new experiences, interaction with others, and predictable routines that help them feel safe and confident. Parents are a child’s first teachers, and family involvement is essential to learning. I am committed to keeping children safe and secure, maintaining open communication with families, and caring for each child with love and respect.
I am licensed by the state as a family child care home, which means:

I have completed 16 hours of pediatric health and safety training covering preventive health practices, pediatric CPR, and pediatric first aid.

All adults in the home have passed a criminal background check.

My home has been inspected for safety and is subject to periodic unannounced visits by the state licensing agency.

Helps children grow!
Social & Emotional Development: Promotes cooperation, respect, and acceptance while helping children feel safe, valued, and develop a sense of belonging. Builds self-esteem, positive relationships, and social-emotional skills through guidance.
Language & Literacy Development: Supports language and literacy through daily story time, daily circle time, and a reading area.
Cognitive Development: Encourages learning through activities such as cooking, gardening, games, field trips, and conversations about the community and culture. Early math skills like counting, sorting, measuring, and comparing are included in daily routines.
Creativity & Physical Development: Provides daily opportunities for creative expression through art, dramatic play, music, and dance. Physical development is supported through active play, including use of a small gymnastics area.
