2. How many family child care tax returns have you done?
3. What credentials do you have to prepare taxes?
   (Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent, and Tax Attorney are the 3 professional tax preparation credentials)
4. How much do you charge?
5. Can you represent me if I get audited?
6. May I deduct common household items on my taxes?
7. Are you familiar with the Time-Space Percentage?
8. Are you available all year or only during tax season?

Some preparers may speak Spanish

1. You can search for qualified tax preparers in your area on the IRS Directory of Federal Tax Return Preparers
2. Interview at least 3 tax preparers and evaluate their expertise and experience
